Terms & Conditions

• The Awards are FREE TO ENTER.
• You can enter up to a maximum of 4 categories.
• Entries close on Wednesday 14th August at midnight.
• The Awards are open to members and non-members of Newry Chamber.
• All entries must be submitted via the online entry portal HERE.
• Employees must be nominated by their employers and/or a manager and cannot nominate themselves.
• Category sponsors cannot submit an application for the Award in which they are sponsoring.
• At the date of application submission, nominees must have been employed by the company for a minimum of 3 months.
• Nominations will be assessed on the evidence provided on the application form. Please note, examples are required to demonstrate how the employee met the criteria for the Award.
• No liability for entries lost or delayed will be accepted.
• Any shortlisted applicants must be happy to share company information.
• The organisers reserve the right to publicise the results of the Awards in the press.
• The decision of the independent judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• The judges have been selected due to their experience and knowledge of the subject.
• All applications will be treated professionally, fairly and in confidence.
• It is the employers responsibility to ensure that all information supplied during the application process and/or supporting evidence is GDPR compliant.
• By completing and aubmitting an entry for the Awards, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
